I know this post is old but i wanted to add two cents to it. I'm 22 and went on orthotri cyclen two years ago. Since then ive gained 35 pounds i cant seem to shake and two cup sizes to my breasts. I'm not a happy camper about this. But I'm just saying yes you can gain weight from birth control and yes it can make your breasts bigger.
