I have been on a birth control pills for 4 months and taking pills regularly. Now, four days before my period is due I began to bleed.
I wonder, could it be an implantation bleeding? It's not exactly pink (dark red and brown) and continues to a third day. Could I have an early period on pills? Will I still have a normal period after this?
Anybody who have been in my situation, please, help me!
Any help would be greaty appreciated!

WHAT you are experiencing is called "BREAKTHORUGH BLEEDING". ALMOST ALL women on the pill will have this at some point during their pill use.
It typically happens when a woman takes a pill later than usual, or misses a pill.
You will have a regular period during your 'placebo week'.

Thank you very much for your reply!
I knew about the possibility of a breakthrough bleeding, but I already more than four mounths on the pill and didn't miss any pills (I am taking them strictly on-time).
I, probably, just thought that I wouldn't have it due to the above reasons.
Thank you, again, for your reply.
P.S. I did a HPT this morning and it came out negative.
