Can plan B pill be taken 1 hour after sex or it has to be "morning after"?

Ok here is the deal with plan B. The sooner you take it the better.  You can take it up to 72 hours after sex but you chances are much slimmer.  The next day is still very good odds but there is a chance as Plan B does not abort a pregnancy but prevents it from happening.  Sperm can remain in your system for 5 days and fertilize any time during that but by taking plan B within the hour after having sex you should be just fine.  Also be careful taking plan B many times it is better to be on the pill and use a condom.  There have been reports of people using it to much and it causing problems later on.  However for right now you should be in the clear.  Be careful and good luck.  By the way I don't know if alcohol affects it so if you are of age I would stay away from that for a couple days until you know for sure or it should say on the box.
