i recently had the only surgery of my life, i had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at the same time... after the surgery i was put on antibiotics and pain killers and anti-inflammatory.. there was a slight complication with the healing and i had to go on another mouth rince-antibiotic.. at the same time as the other medicines. i got my period on july 17th and had the surgery the 25th. after the surgery i was depressed for about two weeks. also under alot of stress because of it and other issues.

i was supposed to get my period august 15th.. but it still hasnt come.. its the 29th. 2 weeks late. ive been regular for a while now, and i have all my usual pms symptoms. is it possible that the surgery/ antibiotics / stress could have delayed my period for this long?

I'm having a similar issue myself I had spotting the day i had met my surgeon which would have been late july wasnt much blood had a cyst removed from my underarm but had ballooned to behind my breast they gave me a bag full of antibiotics prior to the surgery being done ever i was sent home a few hrs later with pain pills of course and have been spotting since no actual period :( it is also kinda freaking me out and im 100 percent positive im not pregnant ... anyone got any ideas ? i have been doing research online and it says that some meds can indeed interfere with the cycle ... just wondering if anyone has found anything that made it regular again

I started my period the day I went in for dental surgry and when I woke up I spotted for a day and it was over. It's been freaking me out cause I know I'm not pregnant. But what I've been reading is that stress is a huge reason for being late or not getting your period
