I have to admit that I did not hear for this other drug, but my guess is that it is also a pain reliever. This means that you take two meds with the same effect. There might be problems if they are from the same group of medications (ibuprofen is NSAID). This is because side effects might occur more easily. Perhaps, if ibuprofen is not working completely, you might want to see a doctor.
