ok i an 15 yrs. old ive had this really bad discharge for a very long time its yellow, thick, and a very bad odor its like everytime i put my pants on like not even an hour later i stink down below are these risk of me not able to have kids i am scared to tell my mom and im scared to go to the doctor and i know everyone can smell it and its horrible im alway uncomfortable i cant have sex because it stinks badly please help. what does this sound like? %-)

My dear, i wouldn't worry about having sex right now as that is what probably got you into this situation. You are describing the same exact symptoms that i had a long time ago, it's an STD. It's called TRICHOMONIASIS VAGINITIS and it is nasty. The odor can be unbearable at times. I would scrub my business raw and the odor was still as strong as ever.
You need to stop being a baby (you have had sex already) and do the responsible thing. Call your doctor and get in to see him. He will examine you and culture the discharge. This is done by placing a large Q tip looking swab into your vagina and obtaining some of the discharge which he will put on a slide and look at thru the microscope.
If it is "trich" which it does sound like, he will prescribe you medication, probably Flagyll or Clyndamyecin (not sure of the spelling on that one)
You will notice a hugh difference within 24 hours but you MUST continue to take it. This medication will kill the bacteria that has brought on the infection.
You may also want to think about who you may have had sex with, this is sexually transmitted.
