A few weeks ago I was minding my own business on my computer doing kegel exercises and I suddenly I felt a strange feeling in my stomach (almost like butterflies but uncomfortable), my heart rate increased and I cried uncontrollably. When I tried to sleep that day I kept waking up with cold and hot sweats. I was afraid that the feelings wouldn't go away. Besides that I had symptoms of constipation, for a week there my body was refusing to excrete and wasn't completely emptying the bladder. Eventually it stopped but it comes back randomly. The only thing that calms me is talking to other people, being with other people or remaining COMPLETELY distracted. Nothing else. I've been to my doctor and they didn't find anything in a blood or urine test except for a yeast infection but I've already taken the pills which is why I think it's anxiety. But I have no idea what triggers it and I can't find anyone with similar symptoms to mine. I'm a diaphragm breather, and taking deep breaths does NOT help with my symptoms. For those curious I'm fifteen years old, and I can assure you that this is not fear from school. I get these attacks while at home and by myself. Sometimes I get them while thinking about it or elaborating to others. Please if anyone knows what's going on please tell me, I'm sick of being afraid.

Forgot to mention that I sometimes get that strange uncontrollable butterfly feeling when my body is trying to have a bowel movement. It's frightening.

The first step to finding out what is really happening to you is to forget that such a thing as anxiety as an illness exists. Saying you have something (anxiety) and then in the next sentence saying you do not know what triggers it means you really do not know what you have. If you have physical symptoms like constipation that is a good starting point. Also the heart rate increasing means something may be affecting the circulatory system. If you have been constipated for a very long time you may have excess fecal mass in your body which can add internal pressure to the organs and circulatory system. This may in turn cause hot flashes and increased heart rate at times. Consider using a stool softener to make it easier to have a bowel movement. Keep a lookout for real physical causes of symptoms. Do symptoms get worse after eating etc... I hope this helps.

Thanks for your response! That's very good advice, and the symptoms do not get worse after eating. They are random. For awhile I've had a feeling of fullness and bloating in my stomach, I also have a loss of appetite. Maybe it's constipation and the fecal matter is just pressing against sensitive organs while it passes through. My parents are considering on taking me to a councilor soon if these random attacks don't go away.
