I get chronic stomach aches that last for about 7 days. I cannot eat or drink as it gets worse even just sitting or standing is painfull. It is in my abdomen area it hard to say whether higher or lower :( Its seems to come back every few months and no painkillers (co-codamol 15/500 or omeprazole or buscopan or meberverine) ease the pain at all. No pain going to toilet etc and also it isn't in the middle of my cycle.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong???

Hi, have you noticed any blood in your stool? Or have you been burping uncontrollably lately? Maybe you are dealing with Helico Bacter and thats why you feel pain in your stomach. If this bacteria develops in your stomach it can inflame the walls of your stomach and when food touches these inflamed parts it hurts like hell. So you might consider testing your blood for this Bacteria. My gf had it and she was experiencing great pain, on and off for months (one time she could not breathe because of pain) until doctor told her to get tested for it and it was positive. She was prescribed with antibiotics and acid blocker and now she is doing fine.
