Hello, i think that the symptoms you are experiencing might be related to you stomach system rather than your lungs. My girlfriend had the same problems. She would feel sharp pain in her chest after she ate or drink. She even called 911 once because she was alone and she taught she will choke to death. She said that she could not breathe for some time. After she did some tests it turned out to be Helico bacter, which is basically a bacteria that inhibits your stomach and inflames your stomach so when food and liquids come into contact with it it causes irritation and pain. You might want to consider testing for this bacteria, its fast and easily treated.
