Class Action Law Suit against Effexor

I would love to join a class action lawsuit against the makers of Effexor XR. It has seemingly ruined my life.

I would be happy to join a lawsuit, this medication has put me through hell.

I have been off the Effexor XR  for a 9 months, I am still counteracting side effects such as withdraws, headaches, panic attacks, mood swing, memory lost, agitation, inability to sleep, shortness of breath, body aches and pain in my joints.  I am now on a walker due to the aches and pain when I walk.  Prior to taking Effexor I had never had body aches, joint pain or arthritis of any kind, but now I have been diagnosed as having Osteoarthritis after taking Effexor XR.   I just recently discovered that one of the possible side effects of Effexor XR is arthritis. Now I know why at age 52 I began to have Arthritis.  I was surprised to find out and suffered from arthritis it at such a young age.  At the moment I am not able to walk well due to the joint pains in my hips and aches in my body.   I now have to walk with walker and I am unable to return to work due to no one will hirer me.

I didn't know I was alone with this. I have been on Effexor XR for about 14 years. Ive given up ever thinking I could get off the meds. The withdrawal symptoms are horrible. I actually gelt like a junkie. Curling up in the fetal position, sweating, shaking, rapid thoughts of knowing I was messed up. I am interested. Please send me some information.

I am interested in the lawsuit. Many problems with Effexor XR and trying to get off it now

I would love to join you in a class action law suit. i have had horrid exeriances while on Effexor and it has been impossible to stop taking it. I have been on Effecor for many years now. Please contact me with any information you have.

I would like to participate in this class action law suit. I recently lost my job for long term usage that has been building up over a long period of time. I am currently unable to work due to memory loss,joint pain,periods of suicide entertaining, self mutilation etc.

I also would like to join a class action suit against Effexor.  It has destroyed my life.  My memory is gone.

I cannot keep a job because I can remember all the training.   I have a lot of other symptoms too.  I was able to get off it by slowly weaning myself off.  I am going to a naturopathic doctor who is really helping me with my depression using natural products.

I want in on a class action lawsuit. I recently had my doctor increase my daily dosage from 150 mg to 225 mg. I don't think it's helping any more than it was before it was increased. If anything, I might be more depressed. I'm having sexual side effects as well. My wife is very sexy and I'd love to have sex with her. I love her and want to keep her happy, but my libido is almost non-existent.

My wife is 48, and was one of the first on effexor. At this point she needs a new shoulder joint and it appears her hips are failing with hugh bone spurs. She saw a doctor over a year ago and xray showed minor bone spur from osteoarthritus, and now it has exploded with bone spur growth. I have never heard of anyone having oldtimers artritus move this fast. Any ideas on what to do now?
