For around 2 years my 'cum' has been watery. 'It varies' I read online so didn't think much of it. But it's got worse: most of the time my ejaculate is minimal, clear and incredibly runny. I also get an awful pain behind the base of my penis (best way to describe its placing, sorry) about 5-10 seconds after ejaculating. This really, really hurts but only lasts for about 30 seconds.

This pain happens whether I cum a drop (literally, a drop) or a bit more than that.

I should add that I masturbate about once a month (as it hurts too much) and that i'm 23. I have been tested and have no STIs/STDs.

Before I started having sex 3 years ago I would say my 'cum' was normal. It was thick, white-ish; now it's clear as glass. I'm assuming something is up.

Could the 'pain' be from the 'other part' of what makes up ejaculate going down the wrong tube?

Anyone had anything similar? How does one 'approach' getting it investigated by a doctor?

Hi Skarasen,

I'd recommend you speak with a urologist.  This is their area of expertise.

It may be prostatitis.  The location you mention is correct.

Best get it checked.

Good luck.  Keep us posted.
