hey i had the same problem and my doc said 3 bumps was irritation
so i dried the area applyd lotion
now as for the sticky substance that's because you ether
did not masturbate enough or did it to much
so i would try masturbating more

the problem is that your skin is irritated so dry the bumps aplly lotion and repeat till bumps are gone
as for the stomach pain that's because you have to much pee in you

I'm having somewhat the same problem. Sticky substance coming out a bit after urinating, along with some urine, which I can't control. I've been tested for STD's and they've all come up negative. I've never had sex or oral sex either..So I don't know whats going on. Has anyone been able to come up with any solid conclusions? Thanks.

It's called pre-cum or pre-ejaculatory fluid, and it comes from the Cowper's gland inside a guy's reproductive system. It's released when a guy gets an erection. Pre-cum cleans out the inside of the urethra, which is the tube that carries semen and urine out of the penis.

Hey guys, sounds like a urinary track infection,at least the urinary part of it. I have just went through a lot with the uroligist. I took cypro to clear up the infection. Then a urine test, with a culture grown, showed an infection that the cypro wouldn't help. So had to go to a different type of anti-biotics. You can have different infections at the same time. Can't tell how many guys are circumsized or not. From my experience, guys with foreskins tend to produce precum,or clear liquid a lot more than guys who are cut. But not all. Some guys who have precum produce it when they started to become aroused and sometimes it just flows until they cum. Sometimes a little sometimes a lot. As someone who only has pre cum once in awhile, I wish I had more. You might try kugal exersize. Which is where you tighten your sphinter muscle, hold it then release.
