This is a little embarrassing to say, but yesterday night, I was having a little fun with myself and noticed after I had finished my vagina burned to the touch. I didn't know if it was because I was too rough on myself or the friction from being rubbed had caused something.

The next day I realized the hood of my clitoris hurt and burned with touch. I went through my normal day but when I got home and took off my underwear, I realized there was a raw spot straight on my clitoral hood. I took an ice pack and cooled down the spot, but I don't know if I should do anything else to help it heal. I know it's not an STD because it started hurting the day after I had masturbated. I just want it to heal as quickly as possible, any tips for helping the spot? Really I will try anything, thank you for the help.

Hi shay, when you was masturbating was the area dry an not lubricated because that could of been the cause, try to keep it uncovered wear a skirt/dress with no panties on when possible sleep with nothin covering it so air can circulate if you have to wear panties wear 100% cotton not synthetic until it heals and don't wear leggings or it will be constantly rubbed.

Other than that have you got any more itching or burning around your vagina area?

You might try putting some cortisone10 creme on it. It also comes with aloe but don't go for anything else added. I got some once that had something like mint in it for "cooling". Feels great on undamaged skin but that's not usually what you use cortisone10 for. It was not pleasant on a sore spot.
