Can't find clit, I have tried pulling back the hood

Hello there, thank you for your time :) I have never been able to find my clitoris, (sigh, YES I have tried pulling back the hood), and haven't been able to get an orgasm due to lack of sensation anywhere around the clitoris and vagina. Recently my boyfriend helped me try and look, and we found a little hole, and thought that trapped dried smegma over the years has lead to the clitoris being adhere to the hood. (Causing pain and sensitivity) . We thought if we stretched this little hole above the clitorial hood enough we could tiny late it and keep it clean. However apparently this is not a hole, and when pulled it shows that it is just to make room for clitoris growth.  I can make the clitoris move by pushing it etc, I see a bulge, but no clitorial glan.  With a vibrator I've managed to reach a "baby gasm", but after a rise the area becomes overly sensitive and way too uncomfortable to touch (normal, but also due to the hardened smegma?) I know orgasms grow so I've kept at these micrograms and tried different techniques to make them grow over time, to no appeal. Think the quality of orgasm is effected by how good the clit feels hence my issue.  Help? Where on earth is my clitorial glan hiding, it appears to be under a translucent layer of tight skin (hurts to touch) ?  Please help, this sucks.
