Closed Vagina Opening... Unsure of reason why

Hi everyone, I just found my vagina opening all closed up. Now the last time I had sex with my boyfriend was about a month ago (dec 14) and it was my first time. He first did oral sex on me then tried sex. It hurt a lot at first and after a lil while I told him to stop. When he took himself out there was blood on the condom and a lot blood came out. After a few hours it went away and then 3 days after I got a lil spotting but it went away quickly. Weeks went by and I got my period about 2 days early but I didn't pay any mind to that and everything was normal. Then last week I got a cold and my body seemed like it was acting up. I started needing to use the bathroom more frequently about at least every hour but I thought it was just part of the cold. Then I thought my cold was getting better so I began to worry about this frequent urination. I still have it and then I was examining myself and found my vagina closed up. I look and the whole hole is covered and it feels like i could stick my finger in a tiny space in the whole but it looks like there is something sticking out of it, like a lil ball and I feel around and it feels like two bumps are there. It looks a lil big, but i don't know what it could be. It doesn't hurt, irate me, burn or itch. The only way it hurts is if I try to stick my finger in the small space. Is it an infection from having sex for the first time? Is that why it's causing me to feel like I have to use the bathroom so much? Is it really serious or is it treatable by getting over the counter medicine? Please reply, I'm scared of what's going because I never had this before.
