I had protected sex with a girl twice neither time did I ejaculate. a few days later she developed a UTI and 2 days after she was supposed to start her period they did a pregnancy test at the hospital when she was being treated and it was negative. she had an allergic reaction to the medication and was taken off it and was given medicine to counteract the allergy but she still hasn't had her period and its roughly a week and a half late.

Since you had protected sex, and it you did not ejaculate, she is probley not pregnant. Her period could be late because of so much stress, and all the medicine she has been on, and the allergic reaction. Her body has been through alot, and that is probley why she is late. You can ask her to take another pregnancy test. If it's negative, you really shouldn't worry.
