Well, I broke up with my girlfriend in mid-March. Since then she has constantly called me up claiming she is pregnant, and then saying she's not. I don't know what to believe anymore.
Today she told me she is pregnant but she had a period in april, none in May and one recently but the test is saying positive. I saw her today and she has no weight gain or anything. When we were together she used the Patch and I was always careful as well. I know she has since slept with other guys.
She is making my life hell as she won't give me a straight answer or go to the doctor. I would suspect she may be pregnant off someone else and attempting to frame me. The last day I had sex with her was the 18th of March. She took a pregnancy test on the 29th which came back negative.
She said the last test she took was 2 weeks ago which said positive.

It's possible that she could have gotten pregnant by you in March. Since the last time the two of you had sex was on the 18th, and she tested on the 29th, it's possible that she could have gotten pregnant but tested too early. And some women don't begin to gain weight until later in the pregnancy. However, if she had a period in April, than she probley wasn't pregnant.
Honestly, it sounds to me like she is playing games with you. If she does happen to be pregnant, the only way you will know if it is your or not, is if you have a DNA test. But, if she is three months pregnant, and she hasn't gone to the doctor, she probley is just messing with you. And if she won't take a pregnancy test while you are there, and show it to you, she's probley lying. If she is not willing to prove it, it's probley not true.
