Hi I'm comfussed about ovulation thing. They say 14th day after your last period so do they mean from day 1 you are menstruate to last day say 6 then count to 14 then you are ovulation then? They do come every 28 days.

hi try this ***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowed is going to help you a lot to understand , every women ovulates different , last month i ovulated on my 14 day counting from the first day of your period , this month i did on my 17 day , go to that website is really good it helps you track your ovulation
