I have just been told that I have coombs positive hemolytic anemia. They call it the silent killer, apparently. I have to admit that I am freaked out just a little bit and that I am not sure what I should do next. Can you help me out on this one? Thank you so much.

They tend to call coombs positive hemolytic anemia the silent killer because it has mostly no symptoms. While that can be very dangerous, I have to say that once your coombs positive hemolytic anemia has already been diagnosed, having no symptoms sounds so much nicer than having lots of nasty symptoms. Right? How are you feeling, generally?
