could i be?

Hello... i think i had a misscarage. Im going to the doctor in 2 days to see if thats what it really was. Well... i was wondering if there is still a chance that i could still be pregnant? Twins run in my family and i my self am a twin. I still feel like there might be something in there. I didnt bleed a whole lot but i did bleed for 4 days like when you frist start your period. and 3 days into it something fell in the toilet about the size of a quorter and and it looked like a lil sac and had a fleshy color and like a stream of blood that led into it. Im really nervous but i want to know what are the chances of me still being pregnant???????
