I am 22 years old, i have been having unprotected sex for the last 8 months and still no pregnancy, i have not been trying i just havent been careful and i know they say it happens when you stop trying but that has been proven wrong. all my friends and older siblings have children. i am at a good place in my life and i want to be able to share with a child (my child) what i have to give as a parent. it really hurts me that something may be wrong with me because i have regular 28 day cycles. like clock work and they are never late. ive recently had sex right around ovulation and i knew this one was it because i started having symtoms and this was before even putting anythought into it. i had to think back to when i ovulated so i could be sure i was correct. i know for a fact theres nothing wrong with my bf because he has two sons. this really gets on my nerves there are so many people who dont want their children and throwing them away and people who want them like us cant have them!! ugh

I wouldn't think there is anything wrong with you. I had unprotected sex many times and I never got pregnant and I know for a fact nothing is wrong with me. I have been checked many times by my doctor. It has to do with so many different things. When you're intimate and timing it with your ovulation and even at your young age you still only have only about a 20% chance every cycle to get pregnant. Don't be upset or frustrated. Maybe things just haven't lined up for you yet! It'll happen when it supposed to happen.
