I cut my penis a little earlier today and it doesn't hurt, but I can't get an erection. Atleast, when I tried to so far. I cut it right on the line that goes down the center of the penis(please excuse me for I do not know the terms to use). It is the first day of the cut and I am hoping it's just a small cut that will heal and be normal again. It is not gushing blood, but ithink it is constantly very slowly bleeding. I am 14 and need some advice please.

Anyways, a small cut should not cause you not to get an erection. I suspect that you are very scared and that is why you are having trouble. When you get nervous, or scared, your body wants to "run" not have sex. Lots of guys have trouble getting erections their first time just because they are scared.
Relax, you'll most likely wake up with one or have one at some point while you sleep.

Well now that I cut myself I can't get an erection, the small cut is right on the line-ish thing that goes up your penis to the head of it. I am very scared yes, but before this I used to be able to get an erection easily.

There is no reason to be scared. You've cut yourself in other places I'm sure before and everything was OK.
While it may bleed a bit easier due to the number of blood vessels, any cut on your penis will heal. The "valves" that control erection are located in your abdomen, they should not have been affected.
Please stop worrying about it. Unless the bleeding continues or you see signs of infection (way to early) then just let it heal.
