About a week ago I masterbated and I had an ejactulation without an erection. The penis was still soft when the semen came out and after that my penis got hard and went back down. That has never happened to me so I was wondering if I did something to damage something on the insides? It felt alittle weird the next few days but I didn't have any pain. There is no redness or color discoloration, but the skin is softer than usual and today it was hurting when I urinated. Has this happened to anyone before and if so what should I do? I really don't feel comfortable going to a doctor about this.

I have had this problem before, mostly form wet dreams. the semen is sticky and didn’t all come out. This caused just inside the opening (the inner walls) to stick to my underwear and this delicate skin with get tiny tears when pulling the semi glued like state and when I urinated those tiny abrasions would hurt from the urine kind of like putting salt or lemon on a sore feeling.
Make sure you dot leave any semen behind (wash) before putting cloths back on so won’t stick to material of undergarments and risk the abrasions.

This happens to me all of the time. I am 55 years old and feel excited before sex, but during the act sometimes completely soft, yet I will put out a good volume of seamen during climax (full ejaculation).

I know this is very late to reply, but I just wanted to confirm your suspicion of it being in your head. I'm not saying it can't also be physical, but when I was 19 years old, I got "cut" molly on accident, and it messed with my mind pretty good. I was unable to get an erection for about a week, which freaked me out. I visited a doctor, and he compared me to a computer. my hardware is working fine, but my software needs a reboot (basically calm my anxiety about the situation). His advice gave me confidence that it was all in my head, and that day I got an erection and ejaculated.
