I can no longer get an erection.

First off, I have very tight foreskin..my foreskin only goes half-way down my penis head when it's hard. I lost my virginity the other day..I was very nervous and couldn't really get hard but it was only because of the nerves.

However, the girl was giving me oral and she pulled my foreskin either all the way back or 3/4 way back. I think something might have torn because I can no longer get an erection. I am extremely worried. There's no sensitivity left in my penis, I swear. My prostate also feels weird. I can only get a half-boner..that's literally it. Also, when I'm half-hard now, I can see a line/bump below my penis head that was never there before. Also, at the back of my penis on my foreskin, there seems to be signs of damage as it's kinda red and it seems like something went wrong with my frenulum.

Please, someone help. Keep in mind it's been over a day since I had sex, and it's midnight right now so going to the doctor is out of the question. Also I am 17. I am so worried right now, I'm afraid my penis will never work again.
