the pain is so bad i can barely use the restroom normal . cant move without pain strikeing my insides ive never felt so much pain at once need help

Have you seen your gynecologist about this pain? Is there any reason why you wouldn't take prescription painkillers, or at least some of them that are sold over-the-counter? Unless you have some valid reason for not taking the painkillers for this horrible pain, I really can't imagine why are you putting yourself through such agony (it cuts me in lower abdomen just to think about the pain you must be feeling :( SO please, see a doctor, there is no point in unnecessary suffering.
