hi, I’m 18 years old and have been on the depo shot for a little over 6 months now. Without birthcontrol I don’t get a period at all, I was off of the shot for over. A year before going back on it and I never once got a period. Noe I’ve been on it for 6 months & I’ve been bleeding constant, every day with the exception of maybe 3 or 4 days, for 6 months. Some days it’s “old blood” (the brown gooey blood) and some days it’s a bright red glow. The days where my my bf and I have sex , the blood is more, “blood” like. Other days it’s just a constant flow of gross. Most of the time when I’m active, like at work or a gym, my period will become very heavy where I will have to dart to the bathroom. And other times a panty liner works just fine..I read that some other girl had a similar problem and got pills to stop the blood? Is that possible for me?
