I am scheduled for surgery for severely deviated septum on Wed. I have a lot of trouble breathing/sleeping and a lot of congestion due to this. Apparently i will have packing for the fist 24 hours and  will be asleep for surgery. Currently have a sinus infection i think because in addition to being congested, there is a discharge. I am nervous about this whole thng...thoughts?
