I have one scary problem that I have to share with someone. I have noticed some kind of a discomfort on one side of scrotum. The first thing I was thinking was that I had cancer, so I am terrified now. I have never heard anyone had such a feeling, and I think I am the only one. Can anyone tell me should I visit urologist, did anyone experience similar discomfort on one side of scrotum?

Few weeks ago, I have noticed discomfort on one side of scrotum, so first I want to tell you are not alone definitely. Although I could assume my problem is worst, because I also had a number of other symptoms that might be related. I experienced constipation, pellet-like bowel movements, cloudy urine, and sharp pain in tip of penis. I went to my physician when I have noticed pain in pelvis, which was constant. She checked and found no lumps or anything to explain discomfort on one side of scrotum, and rest of symptoms I have reported. She wanted me to get a testicular sonogram saying that might help in diagnosing me. Now I am waiting for this sonogram and I would recommend you to visit your doctor also. I do not know if you are sexually active and if you had unprotected oral or vaginal sex because that might be some sexually transmitted infection. I just know that a testicular and pelvic sonogram is indicated as well as urethral and urine tests and that is my advice for you.
