Okay so I used to play college sports and i was the type of player that would dive into the fense if that meant I caught the ball. I played softball at the D1 level, last year was my senior year and I had all kinds of spacey and dizzy problems that would cause me to stumble, feel nausous, and almost every time get a head ache from too much pressure in the occipital part of my head. I have gotten hit in the head with a linedrive while in the dugout which caused a concussion, and my head has been knocked around for its fair share during my four years of play so i have a feeling trauma might play a role in my head problems. I have had episodes where we have been on a bus ride and i thought the bus was flipping and we were wrecking but of course that was not the case. My episodes come about most often when i would be going up and down or side to side. For example, getting in postion at third base or just taking notes from a board that was perpendicular to me and caused me to turn my head. I went to the neurologist and he said he thought i had migrainous episodes but that didnt solve anything. THen i went to the ENT and had all sorts of test being done and nothing showed up. So here i am almost a year later and I still am having the same problems which is not good because it is dangerous and I am young (22yrs old) and want to exercise. ANy suggestions?

Please get your vitamin d and b12 levels tested!! Many problems like feeling spacey, lightheaded, foggy etc are due to vitamin d or b12 deficiency. Good luck!
