Unless you are under a doctors supervision for B12 deficiency or you have some disease that requires you to take B12 injections, you should not do this, especially yourself.

If you simply want to supplement your B12 intake, there are numerous sources of B12 in tablet form that you can purchase. I take 1200 micrograms of B12 each day in pill form, which is more than enough.

As to B-CO, I don't know what that is.

Hi,
Why are you taking vitamin B12? Is this the dose that your doctor prescribed your? The dose of vitamin B12 can vary from person to person, depending off the condition that you suffer. For instance pregnant woman need to change the dose of vitamin B12 injection because it can affect the fetus. This also goes for breast feeding. When was the last time you got your blood tested?
The over dose is very serious and it can be even life threatening so it is important to get medical attention as soon as you noticed some symptoms of over dose. If you over dose you will notice chest pain and short breathing problems along with swelling and redness of the skin.
