Over a period of 3 years I was on Welbutrin. My dr also tried Effexor, and Lexapro. I haven't taken any of the above for 5 years. I have noticed since that I can't get that fuzzy glow from alcohol. I can get a hangover, but I rarely "catch a buzz." I also felt absolutely nothing when my dentist prescribed mega doses of codeine for pain. The dentist gave me nitrous in the dentists chair and I thought he forgot to turn it on. Why can I not get tipsy like everybody else? I'm assuming it's because of the antidepressants. Has anyone ever heard of this? And how do I reverse it!

The exact same thing happened to me, but for some reason doctors will not admit it.
