Some boys foreskin takes longer than others to be able to be pulled back. Its It's natural in most cases. As long as you are able to piss and shoot cum normally you're normal. If you are having trouble with doing so you may have phimosis which means the edge of the foreskin is too tight. If this is the case your parents should take you to see a doctor.
