Does anyone know what this is??!!!

I have had a couple crazy last months. Begining sept went to the doctor for weird discharge and it was overgrowth of bacteria in the uterus (vuvlitis) got put on flagyl for that , about a week later I started getting really bad symptoms back ache and abdomincal pain... went to ER it was major UTI that had possible spread to kidneys... They put me on bactrim during the antibiotic i was always so sick I could barely stand to sit at work. Ever since then I have been suffering from constipation only going to the bathroom once every other week or so.. Oct 1-5 was my period, on the 7th I started spotting and it lasted about a week and half still comes and goes. I have had bad cramping since then...(early oct) I went to a walkin clinic and produced urine with high luekocytes they said it was prob a yeast infection (the antibiotic did not work) I went to the ER this morning at 4am for the following symptoms and they kept testing STD/STI which I know I'm clean for... when I left they said it might be cervicitis-leading to an infection or endrometrosis . It makes no sense to me , the doctor was unsure and cervicitis is normally after pregnancy & delivery... Does anyone know what these symptoms could be ? I tested negative for yeast infection, STD/STIs , UTI and pregnancy.
