I've always wondered the same thing. Same thing happens to me when I take it for my cramps, I start to feel sleepy almost as soon as they go away.

Same I take them in the morning and night cuz I have bad cramps and I always feel super tired after/the next day if I take it at night. It’s like the tired you get after a long night of crying where my eyes get really dry and burning fatigue tired

Yes, ibuprofen makes me extremely tired. A single 200mg dose makes me feel like I haven't slept for days after around an hour and I need to go to sleep. I then get a few hours sleep, wake up and can't get back to sleep.
