i am 23 yrs old have not had a period since jan of this yr and it is now about 2 b sept. i have bad back pains lower abdominal pains with diharreha for the last few weeks and nauseated and at times when i am walking i just get a real bad pain above my belly button where i cant even move i have gone to the dr and he can not find anything wrong with me i have taken a pregnancy test every month i have missed a cycle and it comes out negitive ,,,and just dont know what do anymore ....

this is quite unusual ,i missed my periods for like 4 months even i took test n was negative .. cheek with another doctor and ask her "why"
