The fact that you got your period the very next day is a strong indication that you most likely don't have to worry about being pregnant. There is always a chance of getting pregnant around the time of your period, but this is the time that your body uses to flush out old eggs, and I have always believed it to be very unlikely to happen during the time of a period. There is a reason people use ovulation charts.
