I'm 21 and have recently had a scan due to my problem with dysmenorrhoea and was found to have an enlarged ovary and an overly thick lining of the womb, I have been given a single hormone pill which I take daily to stop my periods and thin the lining of the womb, however I’m wondering weather anyone has heard anything about this and fertility as I have not had children and am wondering if it would be difficult because of the thickening of the womb and enlarged ovary?
