If my pain continues, would they remove my ovary even tho I dont have my other one?

I'm new to this board and was wondering if any of you can offer me some advice please.

I had my ovary and tube removed a year ago due to a cyst, after my op the surgeon told me that my other ovary was enlarged and we needed to keep an eye on it.
Turns out I had another cyst, and I have another ultrasound scan 10 weeks from the last one. due end of July.

My sister told me if worse come to worse to freeze my eggs if I have to have my ovary removed. If I was to do this what are the chances of concieving more then one baby?
