Your ovary has absolutely EVERYTHING to with pregnancy. The ovary produces eggs, the sex cell that combines with sperm during fertilisation to ultimately form babies. Since you have removed one of our ovaries already, your chances of conceiving have slightly decreased, not wiped out however. But if you want to have children, ask the doctors if you can freeze your eggs. The frozen eggs can be fertilised at a later time, and implanted in your uterus (womb), with some hormonal injections to assist in early develop early development of the embryo ( stage before the foetus).
