I have strong back pain and when it attacks I cannot do anything! I started with pain killers and the pain is somewhat subdues but still, the regular dose seems not to be enough and the pain is coming back. So, I am thinking of increasing the dosage but I wonder if methyl morphine is just overriding common sense?

Methyl morphine is actually codeine (I guess you have acquired it under that name). It has many effects on the central nervous system. It acts by depressing CNS, it produces analgesia and its effect is related to the dosage. So, this means that you would have to increase the amount, but I would not recommend you to do that without a doctor. It also affects behavior.
