hi. I am so sorry what you have been experiencing. I have been insecure as well about my BF. All of the sudden all of his flaws that never bothered me, bother me, I question whether he is in my future, basically the "works", so to speak. I was at a point (during week I should have gotten my period) that I was so depressed I could not eat, workout, work e.t.c.). I started taking B-Complex pills, sunflower seeds, and coconut oil (about 2 TBS per day). I still have crazy doubts, but I used to experience OCD thoughts, and now the thoughts are not as intruding. I know you said you quit in October, and started to feel this stuff in January. I stopped Apri in March, and started to feel odd about mid-April. Hang in there. Maybe go to your doctor and have your hormones checked. My doctor just tried putting me on more birth control pills and did not have the decency to recommend anything natural, e.t.c. I had to push for a blood test. Sad. Feel better I hope all works out. Hang in there and have faith. That is how I get through the day.

whatever you do, do not go back on!!! You will have to go through this whole process again! I was thinking about going back on to feel better because it is getting to be debilitating, but then I realized that I only want to go through this once. Take care and have faith.

Wow, everything, every little detail about the light sensitivity, food senstitvity to even watching the news giving me anxiety is how I am currently and have been feeling for the last couple months. I am praying it gets better. What do you think really helped you? Herbs? Diet change? Naturopath?

It sucks everynight going to bed hoping to wake up the next morning feeling better. I know that feeling all too well.

Diet, herbs, exercise help the most. Anything you can do to pamper yourself and relax will kinda ease what you going through. Time is the real healer.

Hope u start feeling better.

Period is due in a few days and for the last couple days I've been back to feeling bad :( And I've been doing so well these last few weeks.

I'm almost 3 months off and even though it's no where near as bad as the beginning I'm just ready to put this all behind me. Sigh, I know we can get through this.

Sending good vibes to you all.

Hi Ladies, I came off Cerazette at the beginning of March 17 after being on it for almost 14 years. I started my first period 9 weeks after. In that 9 weeks I had the expected symptoms of sore boobs and I mean SORE, increased sex drive, mood swings and feeling bloated all the time, but I also was getting a terrible pain in my hips especially my left side. Once I started my period all these symptoms went and I felt like a new woman. I felt really energetic and motivated, in a fab mood and wanted to go out and enjoy socialising.

But then...

About 3 - 4 days before my period is due I have now started to feel really down and depressed, I lack energy and I just want to SLEEP!, I want to eat everything is sight (not good when you're trying to diet) and I have no self control or determination to stick to my diet. I lack energy to go to the gym, even just going upstairs feels like such an effort. I dont want get dressed and I just want to lay down all day! I still get this awful pain in my hips and I have now started to suffer with really bad period pains, which are unbearable at times. These symptoms last for around 10 - 14 days and I don't know how much more I can take!

I have been reading from a lot of you that this can continue for around 6 months, but it really feels like it's never going to end!

Once those 10 - 14 days pass I feel like a totally different person again, like the me that's been masked by the pill for all these years, I am just hoping once these few months have passed that the above symptoms will clear and they will no longer affect my life like they are doing now.

I started bc 4 weeks ago for only ONE week. Realized it wasn't for me when i began worrying excessively so i stopped it. Then i began having the worst anxiety and panic i have ever had. My heart raced constantly. Had to force myself to eat.. barely slept. This went on for about a week then i had to up my antidepressant (was already on low dose). Now im better but still feeling not myself and my cycle is completely messed up. Mornings are hardest, feeling alone and depressed. I cant believe no one ever told me about these side effects!!

I know exactly what you mean about not being completely happy. Its like your fine and can be happy about something but at the same time you feel a hole like part of your emotions are flat lined or something. Does anyone else feel like this?

You described it perfectly. Just feels like something is missing. And then there's the anxiety that tells me I'll never be the same.

I had one week where i was that depressed every day. I don't feel me either, and have still yet to get my period 3 months after stopping. Mornings are bad for me too. I go to work out and my mind will have a field day.

Hey everyone! So I start me period in 5 days from what my app says, but for the last 2-3 days I have a had really sore breasts, slight cramping, and some fatigue. I suppose this is normal but it does not put my mind at ease when I am tracking every little event or symptom.

I had a birthday party this past Saturday and it completely through me off. I don't eat a lot of meat/dairy and I over ate. Which resulted in me eating the wrong things and foods I missed throughout the entire weekend. Now I feel like sh*t!

Does anyone feel worse when they eat the wrong things? I haven't had any anxiety which is a plus, I still feel a little off though. Anyways I hope everyone is having a good day. Im 9 months off and still have occasional anxiety or moments of depression that come and go with in a few minutes as Mare in a previous post explained.

If some of the new gals posting can sign their name or nickname that would help a ton. I can't tell if the same person is posting or if its someone new.

Shyla are you out there? How you been? Have seen you post in awhile. I hope all is well.

Hi! I can't relate to the anxiety or depression you felt after overeating not so nice foods, but I can relate to the physical symptoms. When I eat foods that are outside my diet I get headaches, stomach aches e.t.c. so, based on that I'm assuming those foods can affect anyone, just depends how it manifests, if you're following my logic. My advice is that after you eat foods like that try to get back on track , I'd say drink a lot of water and tea to restore the correct balance. Hope that helps! I usually do that after I end up eating the wrong stuff.

Mare here. I can totally relate about the food although All this time I thought it more psychological since Im always struggling to loose weight. But I do feel more anxious and my pms stmptoms and all this crazyness seem worse when I eat bad especially sugar.

I drank some detox tea n water, but I should've exercised, it probably would've gave me some natural energy and boosted my mood.
