Fever, headace, back pain, trigger point pain from injections, tired feeling

I had trigger point injections a week ago in my back and neck. Ive been recieving them fr 3 months every two weeks or so.

For the past week ive been experiencing pain at the site in my lower back (sciatica?) usually i do not have pain afterwards only while recieving the injections. But for some reason my bck ha been killig me where they injected. Im also experiencing leg and foot pain/ discomfort on same side.

Today the pain has been horrible. Ive been experiencing a fever and cold chills, felt groggy like i was to seep all day. as well as a horrible headache lingering. what could be cauing all of this. Could it e something from the trigger points? Why would the painbe so bad.
