For the last month and a bit Iv been constantly feeling nauseous

I need someone's help ! For the last month and a bit Iv been constantly feeling nauseous , and Iv had blood come out of every end . Everytime I go to the doctor they pass it off and say it's something small that will go away on it's own but it won't! Iv tried acid reducing medication for the stomach , digestive pills , eliminating things from my diet but nothing seems to work . My stool is pale , I recently just had a uti which caused my exterior vagina to itch and a bloody discharge . I'm having shocking pains down my side and I can't press on my stomach. No I don't have any stds I've been tested I'm 200% positive that's not it . Help!
