28/M. Had sex with this woman last night. Unprotected. We are both clean. This morning I woke up with a couple of little red spots/bump on the tip and on the inside my penis. I constantly feel like I have to urinate, even after I finish, which means it could be a UTI, but I have no burning sensation at all or any blood in my urine. I currently do not have medical insurance and would like to know what my options are and if anyone could answer what this could possibly be? Urine is clear. Been drinking plenty of water all day...Thanks in advance to anyone who comes across this post!
