Could someone please help me. Recently I have had three seperate people perform oral sex on me. All three complained of having a bad taste left in their mouth afterwards. Could this be a sign of a disease?

Could be a sign of anything. Is it the taste of the skin or of any discharge?
If it's the skin, it's most likely not a disease. If your talking about discharge then you must see a Doctor, it could be something serious.
If you have received oral from 3 different people and they all say the same thing, it's most likely a disease because you are letting anyone perform oral sex on you regardless of their age, sex, race, or sexual habits. Why don't you wash with soap and water and then have them taste the skin away from the opening? Then you will know if it's the skin taste or discharge (urine, pre-ejaculate, or other).
