Hey, I m 26 unmarried male & fed up by regular masturbation, (3to 4 times a week) since I was 15 or 16. I had sex only three times in my life, that too with an older lady & ejaculated very fast, infect u could say within few strokes.
I have a problem, my penis tends to get hard for very small small things (like if I saw a couple kissing & lot many small things), it start shaping up. I don’t know how to control, I try to divert my mind, but the problem remains there. It left me with embarrassment.
I also want to give up the habit of masturbation.
Please tell me how I can cure this.

It seems that the problem is actually in your head. What I mean is it seems that you're fed up with masturbation because of the fact that you don't have actual physical sex an a regular basis, and I understand that. Masturbation isn't as fulfilling as the real thing. Also, you're probably extrememly frustrated at the age of 26 only having had real sex three times.
I encourage you to hang in there. I don't have any advice about quitting masturbating altogether because I believe it is impossible, seriously. Even if you were married and having sex regurlarly I'd be willing to bet you'd still be masturbating. I was married for years, had a great sex life but still loved to pleasure myself by masturbating. I think you'd understnd that if you were in a real sexual relationship. In my opinion the desire to masturbate never completely goes away. It's just too convienient and too good. I do understand your frustration though.
Please continue to pleasure yourself, you probably couldn't make it without it. I hope all will work out for you.
Take care.
