Hi there - first, Congratulations! 2nd discharge - ESPECIALLY when pregnant - is very common. You will notice at different stages of your pregnancy different things happening. Even though white, clear discharges are completely normal, you have to watch out for some things. When you got to the washroom, does your urine smell quite strong? Not like an infection or anything like that, but just concentrated? Try and see - perhaps in a clear jar etc. if your urine is quite cloudy or even sedement? This is a sign of too much Pottassium in your system! this isn't an emergency but you do need to have it checked by your doctor! They will do a urine check, it might be a case of being too dehydrated or the beginnings of a bladder infection - which is VERY common during pregnancy! IF none of this applies, then you are FINE! the only time to worry - other than above - is if the discharge is grey, green, yellow, red with a strong smell. Then just pop in to your doctors and get checked - unfortunately yeast infections are also part of pregnancy! Thus God DEFINITELY being a man!!! LOL Best of luck with everything, I LOVE talking about pregnancy and babies, so if you have any other questions ask away!

Unfortunately pains are part of the game, you are past etopic pregnancy so that's good! Check out diagrams about your appendix IF the pain is REALLY bad, and it is in the same area get to the hospital right away - women are VERY prone to appendicitis etc. So just watch out for that. Also it depends how big you were before pregnancy, if you are carrying a basket ball, it will be a stress on your joints and ALL your muscles. IF you were "curvy" then there is less stretching going on. There's pain and then theres the type of pain where the doctor says "this might hurt", LOL, THAT pain you don't ignore, start trusting your instincts - as they come in VERY handy when baby arrives. IF you don't like this feeling - other than an irritant - it is something that is a worry, you write it down and bring it to your doctors appointments. IF it is something that you feel might be bad, then go to the hospital - pretty common sense really! As women we tend to think "Oh I don't want to come across as a cry baby or hysterical etc." But it's irrelevant, IF you feel that it is wrong, then go on that! Ask your partner to massage the tense areas - especially your spine, hips and groin. Also check into prenatal massage - it's the BEST! Working out tight areas can really help you, if sciatica rears it's awful head. Your joints are VERY limber and loose right now - so your muscles can be stretched out in certain ways. So be careful to not over extend yourself, drink LOTS of water and good fluids, watch your sugars, eat small and often - keeps the sugars in line! Also because of "mommy brain" you WILL forget to ask what you needed to ask - of your doctor - so write it all down, or put it in your phone, to bring up at the next visit! RU using a snuggle buddy - to support your hips? i don't know what I would have done without mine. You know those breast feeding pillows - looks like a croissant? these are GREAT for resting your hips and keeping your spine inline - multi purpose item if there was ever one!
