Hi Nida, I am glad to hear that you are doing better! How long have you been trying to conceive? I'd like to know just because if you haven't been working for a full year at it, your'e still within the normal range of attempting conception. Is that the case?

bambi its been 11 months nd few days up as i m trying to conceive..nd i havent conceived last time now my date is on 14th of july..hmm..lets c what happens this time as i have taken one course of cerophene...

Yeah, it sounds like you did give it a good try before taking any fertility drugs. How is the cerophene making you feel? Are there any side effects or are you feeling pretty good thus far? Let me know!

Hi Nida: I know this sounds easier said than done, but try and relax!! It is SUCH an overwhelming thing to go through and your emotions go up and down and ESPCIALLY your hormones o.O :-D I used to make my own bath oils and soaps and things and did a LOT of research into different herbs, but I found this site for you = just so it could help you and your husband relax and take the pressure off of all of the ups and downs. Use a base oil too for massage - grapeseed oil or olive oil is a great one for massage. From my research It is best to massage a woman with a firm hand and a man with a soft touch - weird heh?!!! :-D A woman has the most stress in her shoulders, her lower back, her hips and thighs. A man in his back and shoulders but unbelievably in his arms as well. I don't want to be too over the top Nida. But the most errogenous zones on a mans body is on the inner arm - going from the inside of the wrist up to the underarm pit. And also from the inside of the ankle upto the top of the inside of the thigh!! Use just one finger and follow that meridian line VERY slowly and lightly.

For you, have you husband warm the oil in his hands and rub firmly on your lower back, shoulders, groin and hips. It is SO relaxing! And you will be amazed at how connected you will be and relaxed. Good luck again hon!

well cereophene didnt effects me that much means it causes no side effects on me..i had just taken course of that..now tomorrow i have my ultra sound which will show wheather my eggs r generating or not..cerephone helps in fertility of eggs..i will let u know of my ultrasound report
