had abortion 4 weeks ago and still have no period

I had an abortion on October 28, after a week i had protected sex with my bf and a week after i went to my follow up appointment and the doctor said everything is ok so i decided to be sexually active again, my bf always use condom and he always check the condom by putting water in it. The condom didn't break and didnt slipped off. what is the chance of me being pregnant again? My breast gets a lil bigger and my nipples are sore and my breast have some veins i start breaking out too , i also had white think discharge for almost a week then today it stop.. am i pregnant or my period is coming? im really scared plss help!!
