Can you get preg from being fingered by bf who didnt touch himself beforehand?

In october I had sex with a friend(used protection)The condom slipped off and I rushed out and got Plan B. I got my period that month and in Nov i got my period(few days later then the day I had it in Oct.) It was delayed cause I was paranoid that I was pregnant. This month around the 16th of dec my bf and I were in bed watching a movie and he was touching himself under his pants with his left hand. He wedged his right hand down my jeans and was rubbing my clit. My period is due this week and I am worried. Recently I lost a friend of mine that I knew and loved for 3 yrs.(he didnt die, we just had a huge fight and i got severly depressed over it.) I am breaking out in acne on my face and on my chest. I usually have gotten sore breasts in the past.
I havent gotten any signs that my period is coming. I took a preg test and it said negative. Today I did notice that I had 2 light brown spots on my pantyliner. (my period since that Plan b has done this.. started with small spotting and will come later on after the 1st spots start.) I need to know is it possible that sperm could survive being wiped on my jeans, on my skin(due to he did that before he touched my clit)He never inserted a finger.

I feel a lil bloated but its has gone done ALOT from yesterday and i as i said my mood swings are happy, depressed, angy.. I cant really blame me eating more on this cause I have been stressed out due to work, friend and bf.
